Tomato Herbed Chicken
Recipes Ingredients:4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 tbsp All Purpose Flour

1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped

1 Stalk Celery, Sliced

Half Green Pepper, Chopped

1 tsp Dried Oregano
2 cups Crushed Tomatoes

1 Can Sliced Mushrooms, 8 oz

Drained Cooked Pasta

Easy Directions:
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken with flour and add to skillet. Cook, turning, until brown on all sides. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
- Add onion, celery and green pepper to skillet; saute for 5 minutes or until softened. Add oregano, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes or until liquid is reduced and thickened. Add reserved chicken; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked and no longer pink.
- Serve chicken and sauce over cooked pasta.
